Welcome to ‘Charlie’ our original 2001 Ford Transit Soft Ice Cream Van for hire.
Our van was built in 2001 by Whitby Morrison, one of the first soft Ice Cream vans to be built on the Mk6 Transit. Using the MK25 body with Cummings interior it has been built with confidence. Our van benefits from having a recent re-spray plus extra up-grades including a slush machine with electric pack.
A very versatile vehicle allowing us to travel anywhere within Essex, Romford and London, and on numerous occasions travelling a lot further.
Charlie our 2001 Ford Transit would love to be invited to attend your special day, to help keep your guests entertained whilst serving our amazing Rossi’s of London (Valente Brothers) Soft Ice Cream.
This has become a very popular idea, I will always remember the first time I served Ice Cream at my sister’s wedding many years ago. Since then, we have attended several weddings, and have received many comments on what a wonderful idea it is for such a special day.
On most occasions, we will keep ourselves out of sight from the guests, waiting patiently with the van dressed with ribbons & bows. Then at the timely moment, we would sound the chimes for the newlyweds and all of their guests.
We always offer for the bride & groom to serve a few of their guests as this makes a great photo opportunity for the photographer on the day to get that magical shot.
All of our packages can include:
- Soft Ice Cream for all of your guests.
- Traditional waffle sugar cones or tubs.
- Arrange of delicious toppings.
- A uniformed Ice Cream Specialist who will attend on the day to ensure that everything is perfect for you!
